Detroit Lions quarterback Matthew Stafford connected with rookie tight end T.J. Hockenson on a five-yard touchdown pass to give them a 10-0 lead over the Kansas City Chiefs after one quarter.

Stafford has been hot to start the game, going 4-of-6 for 90 yards and a TD for a near-perfect QB rating of 149.3.
