Special teamer of the week: Dave Zastudil. With swirling winds producing gusts of 34 miles per hour at Buffalo, the Browns punter averaged 42.9 yards with a 42.1-yard net and had seven of his nine punts downed inside the 20 — and three inside the 5. His final punt, with three minutes remaining, had enough bounce and spin that Roscoe Parrish muffed it, allowing for the Blake Constanzo recovery at the Bills 16 that set up Billy Cundiff's game-winning field goal.
